Satyam Computer Services allots equity shares

The committee of Satyam Computer Services has allotted 6,269 equity shares under stock option plans of the company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 673,861,664 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 1,347,723,328 to 673,867,933 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 1,347,735,866.

These shares were allotted by the committee of directors on 11 December 2008.
